Promoting a sense of security and trust

Besepa offers financial services connected to the main Spanish banks, including mandate management, direct bank submission, recurring payments, and SEPA support.

Their platform streamlines the generation and management of payments, particularly in tracking rejections and returns. The goal of this project was to meet the expectations of consumers seeking high usability in the financial sector.

The challenges addressed included promoting security and convenience, speeding up the registration process, and making the website appealing across all devices.

Obtaining insights to improve business understanding and design

A conceptual approach was used, understanding the business objectives and user needs.

Card sorting and paper prototypes were conducted, which evolved into wireframes and high-fidelity designs for mobile and desktop devices. Illustrations were also added to facilitate understanding of product features.

The use of vibrant graphics and colors enhanced the experience and created a new way to explain complex financial processes.

Intuitive and simple interface that provides a better user experience

We managed to make Besepa's website visually more appealing without compromising the clarity and understanding of the content.

Furthermore, the design was restructured to drive innovation, using minimalism to reduce cognitive load.

The registration process was also improved to accelerate platform usage and generate revenue, avoiding overwhelming users with too much information when learning something new.
